This page explains what happens to your data when you use QuoraMarketingServices.com. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past, so it describes only what this site actually does.

The contact form
The form asks for your name, your email address and your message. When you submit it, that information is sent to a private Telegram chat that only we read, so we can reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone else. There is no database behind the form: your enquiry lives in that chat and in any email conversation that follows.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where you are asking about our services, since answering you is a step taken at your request before any contract, and Article 6(1)(f) for general enquiries, our legitimate interest being to respond to people who contact us.
Spam protection
Form submissions pass through Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the sender is a person rather than a bot. Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic browser signals for that check. We also record how long the form took to fill in, because bots complete forms unrealistically fast. This runs on our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people find useful. It stays switched off until you press Accept in the cookie banner, and pressing Reject means no analytics cookies are set at all. Your IP address is anonymised before it reaches Google, and the advertising features are turned off: we do not build advertising profiles, do not run remarketing, and do not share this data with ad networks.
The legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time using the button below, and withdrawing takes exactly one click, the same as giving it.
Cookies
Before you choose, this site sets no cookies. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, so that we do not have to ask again on every page. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits apart. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token when you interact with the form.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes your IP address as part of serving the pages, as any web server must. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google and your IP address is visible to Google in doing so.
How long we keep things
Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically by Google. Enquiries sent through the form stay in our Telegram chat and email for as long as the conversation is useful, and we delete them on request.
Where your data goes
Google, Cloudflare, Netlify and Telegram are the only third parties involved, and each is used strictly for the purpose described above. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case the transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decisions or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent you have given. Write to the address above and we will answer. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
